Default Grandpa's last words.

My grandpa was in hospital. He was 94, and had always been a man of great words. I visited him, and he had an oxygen mask on, and tubes going into, and coming out of his body. He was attached to all sort of monitors. I leaned close, and kissed him on the cheek. He woke up, and started gesturing. I said "What's wrong grandpa? What do you want?". He made writing gestures, and I asked "Do you want to write a note?". He nodded, and I got out a piece of paper and a pen. He was getting paler by the second, and going blue. Somehow I knew these would be his last words. He wrote with a shaky hand, and gave the note to me. I thought I'd read it out at his funeral, so that everyone would hear them at the same time. A few seconds later, grandpa took his last breath.
Later that week at the funeral, I delivered my eulogy. Then I told the crowd about what happened at the hospital. I reached into my pocket, and took out that precious piece of paper. I unfolded it, and read to everyone " You're standing on my &$*!)& oxygen tube".

Which reminds me of my other grandfather. I want to die peacefully in my sleep like he did. Not screaming and crying like his passengers.

My grandfather died at 93.
But he was fit and healthy on the day he passed away, when his motorcycle failed to take the bend at Watson's Bay.
