You're right. Very Falconish.
Why can't Australian designers come up with a unique design that looks distinctive and not like other cars? They used to look different but now the Commodore and Falcon models are starting to look the same from the outside.
The Japanese are good at making appliances on wheels. They all tend to look the same. Any distinctive ones look plain ugly.
The Europeans can make their cars look different. You could never confuse a BMW, Mercedes, VW, Alfa, Fiat or Citroen with one another.
Maybe that is why when the VB Commodore came out it was very distinctive - it was an Opel design.
Have the American parent companies got too much influence? The septic tanks have designed very few good looking cars.
Or are the designs becoming similar because of the need for aerodynamic efficiency?
