V8 simulator

I went to the easter show yesterday and there was a V8 racing simulator. It was a VY with a "hood" around the front end, and through the windscreen, from inside you saw a race track. Kind of like a computer game, but full sized ! It was such a hoot. The steering was incredibly touchy though (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it) so I zig zagged all the way down the straight. Unfortunately I slammed into the back of another car (oops) and thus ended my days as a racing driver.
It's available for hire though. Not sure how much, but I reckon some of you rev heads would love it!

Gotta love the silmulator. Just like a giant Playstation only 100 times better !!!

I don't understand the obsession with playstations, x-boxes and the like (must be a 'boy' thing);) but this is a completely different ball game.

Playstations and x-boxes the boys can keep, think about it Karen!!!! We know that they are not far from a T.V, We know that they will keep out of our hair, We know that their lungs are being exercised from all that grunting and groaning, and last but not least, We know that those biceps are getting a good workout, WOW ! just think of those muscular arm's .....mmmmmmmmm :pinksmile2:

It's a VYII ! Apparently it's a bit of a hybrid with a VX. (shrug). Nope, not silver though. It's white, orange, and black.
You're right about the arms getting a workout Louise. My shoulders were aching afterwards, and it was sooo HOT inside. Very fun though. I'd like to spend a few hours hooning around in it. :)
