Event: Maitland Gaol Tour

Date: Saturday 26 February 2011

Location: Maitland (Hunter Valley)

Meet point: McDonalds – Thornleigh, Phyliss Ave, off Pennant Hills Rd, near Bunnings).

Meet time: 4.00pm for 4.30pm departure

We will be leaving Thornleigh at 4.30pm as we need to be at Maitland by 6.30pm to allow time for members and guests to grab a bite to eat prior to leaving for the gaol at 7.30pm (for the 8.00pm tour).

If you are late you will be left behind and will have to catch-up.

Cruise Fee: For all non Official Club Commodore members who have attended two or more CCA events previously, a $5.00 per adult or $20.00 per family cruise fee will apply. Payable on the day prior to departure.



Cost for event: The below prices are as advertised and also the group booking price.











Ex-Inmate History Torchlight Guided Tours: (approx. 90 minute tour)


Adults: $24.00 Concession: $21.00 (from 1/7/2010)
At present we am aiming for the 8pm tour (open to the public), which is limited to 40 people. So we need to get numbers asap and book.

If we get over 40 people, we will have to arrange a private tour which will commence at 6.00pm.

NOTE: This event is not suitable for children under the age of 15 years.


Payment will need to be made to CCA's bank a/c upon confirmation that you are attending (i.e. you have posted in this thread you are attending), as we need to pay for the tour within 5-10 days on booking, so please advise asap.

Given we will be travelling as Club Commodore, all drivers and passengers are expected to adhere to all road rules and follow the directions of the lead and rear cars.
