Hi,
Im wanting to change the single engine cover to a twin covers and open up the centre, does anyone know where to get them from , Im after ones that have 6 litre writen on them seen them on a VE but cant find the pic now

Ebay has heaps ranging from bare plastic & fibreglas, then next stop are the specialist places such as Adelaide Utes (who I used) who will do up a custom set for you. It all depends on what you are after and how much you are willing to spend.

This is what Adelaide Utes did for me a while back.

They deal in body kits, engine covers and many, many other items.
A mate of mine and Kim's (telfSS), a gentleman called Colin Baker, runs the Adelaide workshop and does some fantastic work.

he has done both mine and helens cars for engine covers and bling stuff as well

its a new safety standard and anti theft device

for example if some body was going to try to break into the car and take the hammer to smash the window once the hammer was removed the bonnet falls down and traps the offender BAHAHAHAHA

thanks for the info i will soon be after radiator cover & maybe twin engine covers still undecided starting to fancy the single now lol

turn it into a wall clock so then you have to get new covers LOL

Great idea. I've seen this done a couple of times with a VY 'turtle' cover. Looks better as a clock than it does on the car, that's for sure. :)
