Hey does anyone know the avg price of re-paint and or colour change here, as i know prices are completely diff from things in perth so if any one knows please let me know ;)

depends on the the shop mate
would probably be an idea to find a reputable smash repairs and ask them
i know it coffs a good job would cost ya $3g doors closed job colour change a considerable amount more
this didnt really help to much but the only real way to find out is as i said above

In Dubbo, It'll cost to do a VN, all done properly like rubbed back to bare metal etc is around 14,000 - 15,000

from my dubbo experience thats 50-100% dearer than sydney
it also depends on if you want bare metal spray
colour as mentioned
theres a local bloke up here who does resprays quite cheap but they also take a hell of a long time to do it (started a show car last year and only just finished it yesterday i do a bit of on the side cash in hand work for him sanding and stuff)

Why so expensive in Dubbo?

Who would bother at that price? You could buy any number of great cars for that money. If I was looking at doing a paint job, I would tow the thing to Sydney. It sure would save money.

Mate everything so expensive in dubbo, I go to orange, Dvds are cheaper, games are cheaper. Dubbo just a crap place to live, cant wait to move to newy

haha i moved from Dubbo to coffs about 5 months ago biggest saving ive ever made
the local dealership there golden west is also on the band wagon charging and arm and a leg it was costing me 350 bucks for a basic service there

i lived in the huge old town of Ballimore between Dubbo and Dunedoo good place to live but the cost of services was stupid and i also broke up with the ex
