View Full Version : EOI: Friday Night Cruise + Activity

Hey All,
Just wondering what sort of interest there is in a Friday night cruise/activity?
I'm thinking something like the usual meet at Erindale, then on to Belconnen (or the other way around), then onto the activity.
Ten Pin Bowling - Belconnen or Tuggeranong (~$15/game, $22/2 games)
Go-Karts - Hume, Fyshwick (~$45-$50 for 3x10min sessions)
Laser Tag - Belconnen ($10/game, $19/2 games, $25/3 games (games are 15mins, allow a minimum of 40 minutes for a 1 game visit,
1 hour 30 minutes for a two game visit, and 2 hours for a three game adventure.))
We can then cruise over to Brodburger etc, or head home from the venue.
Anyway, post up any more suggestions, and vote in the poll to to what you would prefer.

looks like we're going to be going bowling, and at tuggeranong by the sounds of it.
most prob book it for next friday night (28th), unless everyone decides otherwise.
how many lanes should i book? anybody have any idea if they charge to book a lane, or if you just pay for the game? (if i booked 3 lanes, and only three people turn up, is that ok??)

going to book 2 lanes for next friday, 8.30pm, at tuggeranong amf bowling.
meet at Belconnen car wash to leave at 7.30pm, then across to Erindale carwash for 8.00pm, then get to Tuggeranong AMF for 8.30pm, we can then discuss further travels from there.
i think, anyone got a better plan?

sick as. ive just booked 3 lanes at 8.30pm on 28th, for 1 game ($14.95 for an adult).
they reckon its around 30mins or so for 1 game with 5 people on a lane.
so depending on numbers, we should be able to make a move from AMF around 9.00-9.30pm.

Photobucket has a function at the bottom of the page that is especially for 'clickable thumbnail' pics for forums like these.
Once posted the viewer can just click on the one they want to see for the full size.
On Photobucket, tick the little box under the pic(s) to select the ones you want to post. Go to the bottom right hand side of the page and click on 'Generate HTML and IMG code'.
As it goes to the next page, highlight all the text in the box titled 'IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards - recommended'.
Right click, copy all text and then paste into your CCA post.
Voila!
