We used to use a block of wood and a hammer and very carefully fold the lips up. Maybe try a panel shop or a tyre shop. I have seen them on ebay for around $300 so probably not worth buying one.

Id get em done professionally but we used to use the pole from a street sign, sit 1 or 2 ppl on the bonnet or boot on the side we were doing, stick the pole under the gaurd and roll the car forward rolling the bar over the tire and under the guard so pushing the guard out. then Used a dolly and mallet to smooth out any lumps n bumps. It worked a treat on 3 geminis back in the day.

The tool ur thinking of is Real Panel rolling machine thats used for remaking old skool/mega custom panels from scratch- These machines cost 5-10k lol and weigh 1/2 a Ton... Yeh its hard lipping a model like the VT cus the panels r piss weak n so finely designed, the guy above that said use a blok of wood n hammer was onto it but use rags/padding between ur hitting tool if even that extreme.i cant visualise inner rear arch on VT at mo but i think they only have like a half inch or inch wheel arch extension that comes back under arch that the inner plastic arch liner n stuff bolt too...Very scetchy on a VT but mate, take it a shop n get it done right, depends how much room u wana create from extreme re-making of rear guard shape(ie drag tubs) or just mellow half inch clear...Sounds like u dont need much if it wasnt goin on wen 1st did ur part change so mellow should do ya=$2-3-400 at ur local shop depends wether they scammers or not lol...
