Dont you need a turbo pattern block to run the T400?

You do, but there are a ton of adaptors out there nowdays that it doesn't matter which pattern your block is you can make anything fit anything almost.

I'm much more of a manual man myself (as autos are run on witch craft and that's the end of that!!!) But from what a couple of my mates who run autos have been telling me, the T400 has it all over the traumatic in a big way. Couple that with a manual shift kit & servo upgrade, you should have yourself a pretty strong "magic" shifter.
