Ok so I gave the car a wash and all, it looked wonderful with water on it as it hid the marks but as soon as it dried it looked like shit. I cant even see the real purple colour on it it just looks black now. lol

See all the marks in the pics? they wont come off. I'm gonna guess its acid rain thats seeped deep into the clear. The car almost looks like the clear is gone :( seeing as i wouldnt have money to repaint it I was hoping a cut and polish can remove it? I read somewhere that rubbing vinegar on the areas affected would soften the marks and allow me to remove most of it after I wash it then give it a cut and polish.. Any ideas?

Ok the best bet is to give it a wash in a kerosene and water mixture.
Dont laugh it works professional detailers use this method so here is the inside tips.
50ml of kero to 20 litre's of warm water and wash it all over.
Then a buff and polish is required it will come up as best as it can get it.
If this does not work a respray is required, so give it a go.....

yeah. Where can I get Kerosene? I know that actually works. But I have no idea where to get it. Bunnings I suppose?

I'm fairly certain the Kerosene will work. cause I used a protectant wax on a portion of the bonnet today and it came out shiny. but ofcourse that just covers it. But I'm guessing if I wash it in kerosene, then use some cutting compound or cleaner wax on it then the protectant wax, I'll be good to go. on the portion I cleaned you can acutally see the cars real colour now lol

Nah havent put a claybar through it as well. Will probably have to try all that this week. I'm gonna get a polisher too cause I'm guessing I'm gonna run out of steam trying to use my hand to create enough pressure to get the shit off lol
